Our Deposit policy: is first come first served, The "Reserve Me Now" button will take you to a PayPal page where you can enter your credit card or PayPal information for the deposit of 200 as stated and this will be put towards the purchase price.
Once you have completed this transaction PayPal will then email you a receipt of the puppy you reserved! The website may not be updated immediately and it may go until the next business day until your puppy will be marked reserved but don't worry we will honor the first deposit! If perchance you make a deposit on a puppy that was already reserved by another person we will give you the option to pick another puppy or promptly refund your deposit.
The balance of your order will be due by cash or a valid check paid at the time
of the puppy pick-up and we like our puppies picked at our Dunnville, Ky address
when they are around 6-7 weeks old and current with their shots, etc.
If per chance something should happen to your puppy when you have a deposit placed on it. We would let you pick another available puppy or you can use it to reserve a future puppy on upcoming litters. Or simply have it refunded. If however you default and never pick up your puppy your deposit will then be used to help located a new home for the puppy. We do try to be reasonable and make allowances or give refunds for circumstances beyond your control.
SALES TAX: We are required by the State of Kentucky to charge and collect 6% sales tax on all our retail puppy sales unless we ship out of state. So please don't forget to include this in your total purchase price if it isn't already.
OUR CUSTOMER's CARE
We do not pre-screen our customers to see if they "qualify" for a puppy. We at Shrock's Goldendoodles trust and expect our puppy customers to provide them loving homes and take good care of them, In the past 5 years we have met some of the most wonderful people have placed a good number of puppies in homes across America and have the confidence that they all went to good homes! So if you have done your homework and have adequate living or yard space and some time that you can devote to training and bonding with your new friend you may go ahead and reserve one of our babies :)
SHIPPING:
For an extra charge of $255. We can fly your puppy to an airport near you that is serviced by American
Airlines. Cost includes cage, transit to the airport, and a vet acclimation certificate. The puppies will have
to be 8 weeks old to fly per AA Guidelines. The balance of your puppy will then be due when you pick it
up or just before we fly it. We prefer the 5:50pm (LEX) Lexington, KY via flight # AA 4013. We will do all
the booking and arrangements. (an extra $100 charge is needed if AA does not service your preferred

OUR PUPPY GUARANTEE
We will provide a money back guarantee within 72 hours of possession should you not be satisfied your puppy, Providing he or she is returned to our home.
We do try to ensure that you purchase a healthy Puppy and if in case your puppy is found to have major genetic health issues as diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian with-in 1 year of purchase. We will exchange your puppy for one of equal value, There are however no guarantees against accidents on your part.
We encourage you to take your dog to the veterinarian; but any and all
costs incurred are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
His/her shots and worming will be up-to date and current as of the
purchase date. You are with provided health records upon this purchase.
